Soy Nilla has become my favorite Watkins health product. I am not ashamed to say that I am 47 years old and am going through menopause. I expected all kinds of mood swings and other hormonal changes, but never experienced them. What I did experience, however, was insomnia and leg pains. I am so thankful for Linimax! I can't believe how it has improved the quality of my life! I have suffered from neck and back pain for the last 20 years. I've been to Chiropractors and Osteopathic Surgeons, mostly Chiropractors. I have taken tons of ibuprofen and even muscle relaxers and even though there were some okay days where the pain was less intense, there was always pain. The benefits of Linimax were virtually instantaneous for me. Within a couple of days my neck stopped hurting all the time and it was really giving me fits when I started taking the Linimax! If my house were burning down, I would rescue my Mood Plus! After suffering a head injury, along with other serious injuries to my body in an auto accident, not only my attitude changed, but also left me a depressed insomniac, with chronic pain. I take Watkins supplements religiously, and have for over a year. In that time I have not had a single cold. Not even a sniffle. I use the daily supplement organizers---fill them weekly and take them wherever I go. My daily supplements include: Superfood Multiple, Female Formula, Linimax, Skin Hair & Nails, and I alternate other supplements on a monthly basis like Eye Care, Brain Plus, or Inner Cleanse Restore. We use Mood Plus, Female Formula, Children's Chewables, Male Formula, and Ginseng. I guess the Children's Chewables would have to be my favorite. The kids have been taking them since I started selling Watkins, and they still remind me I forgot the vitamins at suppertime! I had tried Flintstones and other competing brands, and the kids would take them for a couple weeks and then wouldn't take anymore.
